When do I pay?

We take a 50% non refundable payment on reservation and then the balance is payable on arrival. Sometimes it can take 48 hous for your initial payment to go through so dont panic.

If there has been a problem with your payment we will contact you.

We do not accept American Express cards, and some pre-paid debit cards may not process. If you are experiencing problems on our payment page please do give us a call and we will be happy to help.

Why do you have an over 25s Policy?

The simple answer to this is because we aren’t ‘party apartments’. There are plenty of other places that are!

We are in a quiet position, we have many of our guests that live in our apartments. You dont want to be disturbed by a group of people celebrating a 21st birthday!

We put the policy in place in an effort to attract a more mature clientele – but who still know how to have a good time!

Can we book a 1 bedroom apartment and bunk our mates in?

No. We do not allow the apartments to be over-occupied.

Why do you need to know our names before we arrive?

We ask for every guest’s name before arrival to add to our guest register. This is to keep the apartments secure and to stop any unwelcome visitors wandering around.

Please do not be offended if one of our team asks you your name and apartment nmber during your stay, they are just doing their job.

Do I need to bring anything wih me?

We provide all bedding and towels. We also provide complimentary sample-sized toiletries, tea coffee and sugar.

You do need to bring your own hairdryer and some milk.

Last time we stayed the price was different?

We have numerous promotions running throughout the year and we also have price fluctuations depending on any major events happening in the city.

I’ve arrived and I’d like to extend my stay. Can I do this?

Of course! As long as we have availability we will pro-rata your rate and you can stay as long as you like.
