L3 Living FAQ’s

  • What is the address of the L3 Living Merchant Quarters apartments?
    William Jessop Way, Liverpool L39QZ (above Malmaison Hotel), close to Liver Buildings.
    Our entrance is on the opposite side of the building to The Malmaison Hotel's entrance.
  • How Do I get my apartment keys?
    We do not have a dedicated reception but we are always in the building. When you are nearly here just give us a call on 0845 388 9257 and one of our account managers will be along right away to meet you and take you to your apartment where you will be shown how everything works.
  • Will we have bedding and towels?
    Yes there are enough bedding and towels for every guest. We do not change the bedding and towels during tour stay unless you here for over 7 nights.
  • How do I check out of my apartment?
    We will explain the check out procedure when we check you in. Check in is strictly 11am unless you have pre-reserved a later check out time of 2pm and paid the £10 fee. This is because we will have other guests arriving for the apartment you have been staying in and we need to make sure it is ready for them.
  • Can we have extra people in the apartment?
    No, the apartments are only insured for guests. For example if you book a 1 bedroom for 2 people, only those two people will be allowed to stay in the apartment.
  • What do we do if we have a problem?
    Just give us a call on 0845 388 9257 and we will try to fix it as soon as possible. Our phone lines are open 24hours a day but please note that only emergency problems will be dealt with after 7pm, minor issues will be actioned at 9am.
  • Do I need to reserve parking before my stay?
    We advise you to reserve parking as far in advance as you can. Parking is priced at £15 per vehicle per night and is from the time you check in until the time you check out.
  • I want to arrive earlier then 2pm. Can I do this?
    Yes, we can guarantee you an earlier check in time from 11am for an extra £25. If the apartment is ready slightly earlier than 2pm and you have decided not to pay the supplement we will allow you to check in but we cant always guarantee this as guests will have used the apartment the night before.
  • I want a particular apartment as I have stayed before, is this possible?
    We wil always try to accommodate you , please add the particular apartment number on your reservation as a request and we will do our very best.
  • Why do you need to know my arrival time?
    We always ask guests their approximate arrival time for a number of reasons. One is because we do not have a dedicated reception desk manned at all times so we don't want you to have to hang around waiting for us. Another reason is so that we can make sure your apartment is ready for you for when you get here.
