Important information about your Apartment booking:
- On reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required
- L3 Living operate an over 25's policy
- All guests will be required to provide their date of birth on reservation
- Photographic Id is required on check-in and a copy will be made by a member of the L3 Living team
- No extra guests are permitted in the apartment
- Noise must be kept to an acceptable level at all times
- All apartments are strictly non-smoking
- Check out on departure day is 11am unless previously arranged
- All keys must be returned on day of departure or replacement locks will be arranged at a cost to the guest
- The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition on departure. Any damages or extra housekeeping will be charged to the guest
