Important information about your Apartment booking:

  • On reservation a non-refundable deposit of 50% will be required
  • L3 Living operate an over 25's policy
  • All guests will be required to provide their date of birth on reservation
  • Photographic Id is required on check-in and a copy will be made by a member of the L3 Living team
  • No extra guests are permitted in the apartment
  • Noise must be kept to an acceptable level at all times
  • All apartments are strictly non-smoking
  • Check out on departure day is 11am unless previously arranged
  • All keys must be returned on day of departure or replacement locks will be arranged at a cost to the guest
  • The apartment must be left in a reasonable condition on departure. Any damages or extra housekeeping will be charged to the guest
