I cant rave about these apartments (Merchant Quarters) enough! They are stunning. Right on the front, the reservations lady also guaranteed us a river view which was really nice fo her. We wandered down to The Albert Dock for a lovely meal and a few cocktails the back to the apartment. Really comfy beds and powerful showers. Just loved it!

We had a last-minute weekend break and decided to go to Liverpool. We travelled there Saturday morning with Virgin Trains (2 hrs and 7 minutes from London Euston!) and back on Monday. We stayed in an apartment at Merchant Quarters and loved it! The views are stunning, overlooking the river and the Liver Buildings.

A perfect place to stay if you are in Liverpool. We got a spacious apartment (The Albany) with all facillities right in the center. Definitly worth the money and will stay here next time I am in Liverpool

Stayed here NYE 2009 as group of 6. The apartment (Merchant Quarters) was very modern, stylish, clean, loads of room, great views out to liver building. Well stocked kitchen, massive fridge - everything you need.

Apartment (The Albany) was in ideal position for city stay. Rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff who met us on arrival were very helpful.

Beautiful building (The Albany) with all mod cons. Television, seperate bedrooms and a nice kitchen/diner. Safe entry to building and it is located near a tube station and near all the city attractions and Albert docks We have had a great stay.

"What can I say about these apartments?! They are just fab, really close to the city centre. We were on a couples weekend away with our friends and the team who run the apartments advised us on where to eat and where to drink - very helpful!
The apartment (The Unity Building) we stayed in was on the first floor and was very comfortable with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen even had tea, coffee and sugar - so we could have a cuppa when we arrived.
We are planning another weekend to Liverpool and L3 Living will be where we stay!"

"Fantastic value. Altogether, a one night stay cost £100 (that
was for three of us, but the apartment sleeps four). In other words, it could
have cost us as little as £25 each for an apartment with a Sky box,
dvd player, fridge, cooker, dishwasher, two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen,
etc. Phenomenal. The apartment was also spotless, had two of the most comfortable
couches I have ever had the pleasure of sitting on, and heating at the touch
of a button. It's also at a fairly central location, 10/15 minutes walk from
Liverpool's main bus terminus (all the buses come through here) and a bus
to the airport (and one to Anfield) leaves from the end of the road across
from the hotel. Absolutely brilliant, and I would highly recommend it to anyone."

"What an incredible experience from booking to finish. The company (L3 Living) that run the apartments are fantastic. Great organisation and accomodated my request for an airport pick up and flowers on arrival for my wife. We booked the penthouse in the Albany building and it was stunning. The location is ideally placed close to the centre but far enough away not to be noisey. Would recommend it to anyone staying in Liverpool, 5 star!"

"Two of us stayed in Liverpool for 3 nights and found this apartment excellent. Easy to reach from Lime Street, L3 Living were waiting for us and the check-in was quick and efficient. The building is beautiful and immaculate. We were on the ground floor one bedroom apartment and had no problems with noise (looking out onto a quiet lane). Excellent heating and double glazing, and well equipped and clean apartment. L3 Living was on the end of a phone if needed but we enjoyed excellent privacy. I look forward to staying again and would thoroughly recommend this gem."
