L3 Living launched in 2007 with a series of luxury penthouse apartments in The Albany, Old Hall Street in Liverpool's Business District.
L3 Living has since rapidly expanded because of high demand for business accommodation in Liverpool and for short stay lets in Liverpool, largely due to the success of the Liverpool Echo Arena, the Convention Centre Liverpool & the it's recent status of being European City of Culture 2008.
